About Our Facilities Our four comfortable sleeping cabins are tastefully
decorated and overlook the surrounding mountains and pastoral valleys.
Each cabin has a front porch for relaxing, and the Bath House is just
a short step outside your cabin door.
The Allegheny Mountain Log Cabin sleeps up to
five people with a queen bed and one twin bed downstairs and two twins
in the sleeping loft. This is a very special hand-crafted, Appalachian-style
cabin with a loft which overlooks the sitting area. The cabin is heated
by a wood stove. The main floor has a sitting area with couch and chairs
and a small kitchenette (table and chairs, microwave, coffee maker and
refrigerator.) A hot tub is located on the deck with incredible views
of the valley and ridges. THE PINE PANELED CABINS

THE TIMBER FRAME LODGE Adjacent
to the cabins is a very spacious structure built in the traditional
way of using very large timbers with handcrafted joinery and pegs. This
is the spot for gathering together for meals, R&R, indoor activities,
reading, playing music and more. The space inside includes a kitchen
and dining area which can be used by guests wishing to do their own
cooking. Gas-log heaters and Ping-Pong table and handmade sofas for
lounging are the indoor amenities. Sliding glass doors lead to an outdoor
deck overlooking the valley 1000 feet below. Gas and charcoal grills
available. THE BATH HOUSE
The Ladies and Gents Bath House is adjacent and
a short walk from all cabins. It is a modern facility that includes
two showers, two sinks, and two commodes each. Rates: Exclusive full facility rental (includes camping) is $650/night and comfortably will sleep up to 20 people in the Cabins and more with tent camping. CAMPING Rate:
per tent per night $35. There will be an
additional $10.00 charge per tent per night if you wish to use the timber
frame for cooking and/or dining. THINK GREEN
Our facilities are nonsmoking and
we ask that you refrain from smoking in any of the buildings. We also
ask that guests be mindful of conservation, both water and energy. YOUR ARRIVAL
An orientation will be given to you upon your arrival. Please try
to arrive here before dark . . . it's quite the drive in and we want
you here safely and in the light so you can get your bearings. If
you plan to get in after dark, call the office when you come through
Monterey, VA or Bartow, WV so we will know that you are on your way.
